The Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association

The Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association (PALA) is the only statewide organization dedicated exclusively to supporting assisted living residences and personal care homes across Pennsylvania, focusing strongly on the individuals and families who rely on these services. PALA advocates for safe, affordable, high-quality, person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and informed choice, while working with state agencies and policymakers to strengthen standards, protect resident rights, and enhance the quality of life throughout the Commonwealth.
